David R. French joined ENS Resources in 2000 and serves as Senior Vice President, working closely with clients to develop and implement strategies for legislative and regulatory programs and policy initiatives. His background spans water resources alongside transportation, economic development, infrastructure, homeland security, criminal justice, rural governance, and land use.

Experience & Credentials
Before joining ENS, he spent more than 15 years working on behalf of California communities, including as Director of Governmental Affairs for the Regional Council of Rural Counties and as Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for Governor Pete Wilson. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.
