The nexus between energy and environmental policy grows stronger with each passing year.  Whether it is alternative energy production that reduces pollutants or addressing demands to reduce the costs associated with treatment of water supplies and wastewater or addressing the demand for increased efficiency in farming and the priority to minimize impacts to water quality, the ability to leverage energy policy with environmental concerns can enhance the delivery of services.
